At MOCO Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items for store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card sent to your email.
